We are Cooktown’s newest park and have been providing a quiet, shady and welcoming place to stay now for many hundreds of visitors since 2001. The park is situated on 5 acres of natural bushland at the base of Mt Cook. The sites are shady and a variety of native wildlife call the park home.

Cooktown is a great place to stay to have mechanical work done, purchase fishing gear and stock up on supplies if you are continuing up the Cape , or spend a few days to relax when you are coming back from your adventure. In fact, Cooktown makes a wonderful destination in its own right!
